1:18 a.m.: Hospital reporting male out of control in room 14 of ER, Northbridge PD officer on scene as well. Milford Hospital.

7:20 a.m.: Caller reports a male raking a small fire in the area of 6 Stanford Circle

9:34 a.m.: 545 stating there are some headstones that have been knocked over. 206 stated he is with Earl Wagner and he stated this is normal for this time of year. There is no vandalism, the ground is shifting. St. Mary's Cemetery

10:18 a.m.: Party in the station to report a hit and run, 2 Congress St.

Thursday, April 13

10:43 a.m.: Caller reporting a large amount of nails in the road as there is a roofing company working on a roof. 134 East Main St.

10:55 a.m.: Caller reporting injured goose near the lake at the second opening, Louisa Lake

11:22 a.m.: Caller requesting an officer for wounded goose, Louisa Lake. Goose would not come close enough to help the animal

1:54 p.m.: Female in the lobby to speak with an officer reference harassment, Seraphic Springs

2:26 p.m.: Male patient in his 70s who assaulted a staff member. Male is combative, change of mental status. The staff is unable to write a section 12. West unit. Blair House.

3:37 p.m.: Goose with a broken wing in the area of louisa lake, Caller tried to approach it and it went into the water but would not leave the area.

9:34 p.m.: Caller requesting a wellness check on her husband who hasn't come home from work. Stated that he is usually home around 1700 to 1800.
