The Alamo, Prezo Correct Multiple Violations: Milford's Health Inspections
Milford's health inspector visited 11 food establishments in March.

MILFORD, MA—The following inspections were supplied by the Milford Board of Health:
- Prezo’s 299.5 East Main St. 3-17- 16: Upstairs storage area dry goods area becoming cluttered and needs greater care and organization this could become a prime area for pest harborage, foods in trays left uncovered in the outside walk in cooler, there is a lot of litter (cigarette butts) outside at the rear of the restaurant, first utensil storage rack is too close to the stairs going upstairs and could pose a threat of contamination from people using stairs and dirt or dust that could fall on this equipment, do not store soiled cloths on cutting boards, need paper towel for the mainline hand sink, need greater care and organization at the very back prep/pizza area, need additional visible thermometers and anyone working with food is to wear hair restrains. Re-inspection scheduled. Re-inspected 3-29- 16 and found violations corrected.
- Menogoa’s Mkt. 16 Central St. 3-24-16 No violations here.
- Marchegiano Club 32 Meade St. 3-24-16 Violations here include the following. Clean the interior of the microwave oven due to stuck on food debris, need additional thermometers where missing or buried, need to replacing decaying floor surface under the kegs in the bar keg cooler.
- M&M Soul Plates Mobile Food Truck 3-29- 16 No violations.
- Chim Thai Café 196 E. Main St. 3-30-16 Knives are to be clean and sanitized before storage in the knife rack.
- Domino’s 2 Cape Rd. 3-30- 16 Back door cannot be left open this will allow for the entrance of pests, need a thermometer inside the walk in cooler, clean and disinfect the hand sink, and need a thermometer inside the prep cooler.
- Hoboken Citizens Club/Piazza Catering 3-29-16 Clean inside of both Vulcan ovens, need a visible thermometer inside the refrigerator, and clean and sanitize the manual can opener.
- Micomisariato 140 Main St. 3-29-16 No violations here.
- The Alamo 55 Medway Rd. 3-31-16 Violations here include the following. Foods in the basement walk in cooler are to be covered, taco salad shells in clear plastic containers in the basement need to be covered, in the basement there is storage all over the place its time for some housekeeping and items no longer used in the restaurant are to be removed, 6 burner stove top and pull out tray need to be cleaned, clean surface of the char broiler, and back door is wide open and needs to be closed this will allow for the entrance of pests and or vermin. A re-inspection is scheduled. All violations corrected .
- Double Tree 11 Beaver St. 3-31-16 in one cooler bag of potatoes cannot be stored on the floor and need to close the gap at the loading dock garage door.
- Portuguese Club 110 Prospect Heights 3-31-16 Clean and disinfect the hand sink in the main kitchen used for picnics (corrected on the spot), and in the main club room the 2 door beer cooler facing the front doors the steel base on the left side inside needs to be cleaned.
