MILFORD, MA — Milford Legion Baseball is set to return for the 2026 season as the longtime local program looks ahead to both a major tournament and a milestone anniversary.
Milford Legion, a local American Legion youth baseball program, gives area players the chance to keep competing at a high level while staying connected to a larger alumni community. The club said its 97-year history has helped local athletes pursue the sport and remain part of the program long after their playing days end.
The team also said it will host the 2026 Massachusetts State Tournament and has already started planning for its 100-year celebration in 2029.
A schedule shared by Milford Legion on Friday shows the team will open the 2026 season June 9 at Northborough.
Milford is also set to face Clinton, Cherry Valley, Northbridge, Leominster, Shrewsbury, Grafton, Hudson, Main South, Framingham and Franklin.
