The local numbers followed a statewide increase in closed sales for single-family homes and condominiums, according to the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS. Statewide single-family closed sales rose 7 percent in June compared with June 2025, while condominium sales rose 9.1 percent, according to MAR.

The statewide median sales price for single-family homes fell 1.4 percent year over year to $715,000 in June, while the condominium median price rose 1.7 percent to $590,000, according to MAR.

MAR President Kristen Keegan said the increase in listings and sales activity followed a slower winter and spring market, and said the added inventory could give buyers more flexibility.
