Youth Wellness & Sports
- Pre-K & Kindergarten Saturday Sports: Partnering with F.A.S.T. Athletics, Saturday morning programs in Mini Sports, T-Ball, and Soccer will focus on skills, aerobic activity, and sportsmanship. Weather permitting, sessions run outdoors at Milford's new Sport Court / Town Park field, moving indoors to the Memorial School gym for inclement weather.
- Friday Flag Football & Dodgeball (Ages 7–12): A structured Friday afternoon program offering supervised afternoons of Dodgeball & Flag Football in a fun recreational atmosphere
- Hands-On Enrichment: new activities include Adulting 101, Beginner Knitting and Crocheting, and Kids Test Kitchen.
- Family Bus Tours & Events: Created and developed by our Assistant Director Julie Rabinowitz & School vacation week & Summer camp supervisor Gianna Krovocheck. The fall Lineup includes Community Use Adventures, Movie Nights, a October Haunted Bus Tour, and a December Polar Express Bus Tour.
E-Bike Safety: Teen Rider Academy
To address the rise of electric bicycles among local youth, MCSUP partnered with the Teen Rider Academy—a self-paced online course covering e-bike safety rules, road etiquette, and local navigation laws for young riders and parents.

Fall fitness classes are underway with drop-in options and prorated registration fees for in-progress sessions.
- Free Educational Workshops: Features Estate Planning with Amy Antonellis and Homebuying 101 with Milford alum Joey Demarco.
- Racquet & Table Games: Learn to Play Pickleball (Tuesday/Wednesday evenings) and Learn to Play Mahjong have completely filled. Due to high demand, a late-morning Mahjong session (2x/week for 3 weeks) has been added to our line up. It is being offered with a start date in early October.
- Instructors Needed: MCSUP is actively recruiting local instructors to teach hobby and craft offerings ahead of the holiday season, as well as a late-morning pickleball instructor.

"Train Like a Pro" with New Human Fitness at Gillette Stadium
- When: Saturday, September 19, 2026
- Details: Created by Milford native and professional athletic trainer Michael Soares, the New Human: Train Like a Pro Game Day Experience offers an elite stadium workout on the home turf of the New England Patriots.

2nd Annual Linda Zacchilli Memorial Pickleball Tournament
