After School Program: September 2026!

We are excited to announce the first day of our after-school program will begin on Monday, September 14th, 2026. Due to the safety of our members and staff, we are opening a little later in the fall this year due to scheduled construction that will affect the front entrance of the building, where the registered after-school members enter and exit the Center. Registration for the after-school program will go live on 8/17 at 5 am.

Please be sure to register your child(ren) for the up and coming 2026-2027 school year. It is required that you re-register your child(ren) at the beginning of every school year for our free after-school program for children ages 8-18 who attend Milford Public Schools or live in the Town of Milford, MA. This is to help us update emergency contact information, health concerns, address change, etc. Your child must be registered prior to the start of our program start date. There will be no after-school program on Monday, September 21st in observance of Yom Kippur.

Open Gym, Game Room, and Free Dinner & Snack: Open gym and the game room (will have limited availability this month due to Holiday preparation) are non-structured program spaces, where youth are allowed free play and choose activities. Members are also able to get a free dinner and/or snack in the /lounge area. At 4:00 pm, when we have the capacity, we use the back court for other sports such as soccer, volleyball and football and only allow basketball on the front court to ensure a variety of sports are played during the after-school program. We are excited to announce that we plan to dedicate the hour from 4:50pm-5:50pm, calendar permitting, to registered after-school high school students to play full- court basketball in the back court. This will be monitored by staff.

Dodgeball: We will have an organized game of dodgeball on Thursday, 9/17 at 4:00. Kids can sign up when they arrive after school.

Nail Salon: On Friday 9/18 at 3:30, a staff member will be doing some fun, fall designs! Kids can sign up when they arrive after school.

Soccer: On Thursday, 9/24 at 4:00, children can sign up on the day of the program, or in advance to play a full, 2-net, 2 goalie game of indoor soccer! For registered after-school members only!

MYC Trivia: MYC Trivia will be held on Friday, 9/25 at 3:30 we will have some fun games of trivia with different topics! Kids can sign up when they arrive after school.
