We are so excited to continue our partnership with Spoonfuls and their food rescue mission, which began in December 2022! Food waste is a big issue – throughout the United States, 35% of the food we produce goes unsold or uneaten, meanwhile, 38 million Americans are facing food insecurity. Spoonful's is dedicated to bridging that gap by facilitating the rescue and distribution of healthy, fresh food that would otherwise be discarded.
If you are a member of our programming and you would like to get free groceries, please complete this link here! This is a limited program. Sign-ups for each week (depending on schedule) will be due on Wednesdays at 5pm! This program is only run during the 10-month academic school year!
Please only click if you can pick up the bags on Fridays, before 6 pm when we close! We will coordinate directly with families that sign up! Once you are signed up, we will keep you on the list for each week. It is your responsibility to confirm and/or cancel your pick-up by Wednesday prior to each distribution by 5pm.
