Aoife Bergeron, 12, of Medway wins Logo Contest for STEM Saturday for Girls event
S.T.E.M. Saturday for Girls planned for March 5, 2016 at Medway Middle School
Medway Public Schools is proud to announce the winner of a Logo Contest held in advance of Medway Public Schools’ S.T.E.M. Saturday for Girls day on March 5, 2016 at Medway Middle School. Aoife Bergeron, 12, submitted the winning original logo design, a colorful and well-designed representation of girls learning about Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (S.T.E.M.) fields. She is in seventh grade at Medway Middle School. The event is sponsored by Medway Foundation for Education and will feature a full afternoon of learning and hands-on workshops encouraging girls in grades 2-8 to enter S.T.E.M. fields as careers.
