Arrests For Stealing From Lowe's, OUI Of Drugs And Alcohol: Milford Police

MILFORD, MA—The following are excerpts from the Milford police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Sunday, April 23

2:28 a.m.: Hospital security reporting black male wearing black jacket and jeans screaming and yelling in front of the ER, Milford Hospital

9:29 a.m.: Caller reports accident with possible injury and airbag deployment. PD and FD dispatched, Medway Road

10:33 a.m.: Landlord is having issues with trash being thrown in the yard, believes one of the tenants is purposely doing it. Requesting an officer to take a report. 31 Purchase St.

3:27 p.m.: Caller reports the above vehicle all over the road, crossing over the lines. Operator checks ok, stated it was a road rage incident. 300 East Main St.

3:39 p.m.: Caller reports a large party going on and they are running an extension cord across the road, 21 Shadowbrook Lane

Monday, April 24

5:31 p.m.: Caller reporting shoplifting earlier today, officer can meet the caller at the customer service desk, Lowe's. Matthew Kowalik, 34, Plum Street, Worcester, was arrested and charged with shoplifting over $100 by asportation, larceny over $250 by false pretense

10:42 p.m.: A motorist flagged down an officer to report a hit and run on Water Street. Diana Marie Holske, 30, Washington Street, Franklin, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, OUI drugs, leaving the scene of property damage, failing to yield at an intersection
