Beaver Street is Not Your Personal Trash Receptacle.
This Beaver Street resident does not enjoy cleaning up other people's trash off his property.

Does anyone have any "community action" ideas for discouraging drivers from throwing their trash onto the front properties of Beaver Street residents?
I clean up people's crap every week. Saturday morning, I filled a quarter of a trash barrel and there is already an empty coffee cup at the bottom of my driveway. I don't particularly understand what it is about my house that makes people think "this must be a landfill" but I assure you it is not.
I've e-mailed the Chief of Police to ask if he had any ideas (maybe some "fines for littering" signage?) but not unexpectedly, the e-mail was ignored.

Any ideas?
