Independent Voters are also called "swing voters"

Swing voters like to say "I vote for the man". Which means what? They vote for a pretty man, a smart man, or a rich man,and does " man" mean also "woman", or is this really a GOP plot to avoid voting for issues? We are well aware that the GOP and the Tea Party wing of it have no issues. If they did, we would be hearing about some. As a matter of fact, they have been blocking issues from votes in the House since 2010. Swing voters must be DUMB if they are at all conscious.
