About Greenleaf Garden Club

The Greenleaf Garden Club promotes the knowledge and love of gardening and floral design, and supports garden-related civic development in the town of Milford. Their objectives are to encourage interest in all phases of home gardening and in floral design, and to promote better horticultural practices, civic beauty and the conservation of natural resources.Founded in 1968, the club named itself after "Greenleaf," the town phone exchange (and a suitable title for a club that wanted to do some gardening). Eight ladies were the founding members, including one who is still an active member today. The Greenleaf Garden Club of Milford, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization. Since 1973, they have been a permanent affiliate of the Garden Club Federation of Massachusetts and the National Garden Clubs. They are also a member of the Worcester County Horticultural Society (New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill). For more information about the Greenleaf Garden Club and to become a member, visit their website, https://greenleafgardenclub.org.
