Exhibit D-2. Water Improvements. p. D-2 1. Improvements to Production Capacity.
The Developer will complete improvements to system to “ … to increase production levels by, at least, 135% above the Projects “projected average daily demand.” The last time I checked the Water Co. sign on Dilla St., we are around at 70 % capacity. So the 135% increase will get us back to about 100%.
Will the additional 35% increase of capacity beyond the Casino’s requirements allow current Town residents to water their landscaping as needed and not on an odd-even-day basis? We don’t have thousands of gallons of “grey water” to water our plants. Although I do collect water draining from my air conditioners to water my plants….I got gallons in the past few days and watered not on my allotted day, oops, I feel guilty of something.
Will the Casino get the same occasionally discolored and/or smelly water that we get? But wait, the Town will take over the Water Co. using $$$ from the Casino, and fix everything… Isn’t that like the chickens opening up the coop to let the foxes come in to feed them??…and yet the tax rates remain the same and don’t get reduced.
