Exhibit D. Other Obligations of Developer p. D-2..Sec.6 Maintenance of Tree Buffer.
This is just an aside…. Getting bored reading Agreement and nobody else probably cares about Tree Buffers….But I think Selectman Brian Murray mentioned it the other night. There is a good stand of conifer trees surrounding a wetland along Rte. 16 between Zain Circle and Whispering Pine Drive which will help to maintain a 50 % opacity in winter. The houses on Wildwood Drive have more deciduous trees between their properties and the site and may need additional plantings of conifers to get to 50%. Even with the 50% , it will be difficult to totally mask the lighting at night. Although when I hit a golf ball into a leafless tree in the winter it seems like it is 100% opaque.Time to quit and watch Patriots and Red Sox….thank Verizon for “last channel”
