Citizens for Milford Begins 2020 With Census, New Health Officer
The first Citizens for Milford meeting of the new year will cover a range of topics, from downtown revitalization to the 2020 Census.

MILFORD, MA — The first Citizens for Milford meeting of 2020 promises an earful of civic information. The group will host a speaker from the 2020 Census, Milford's new health officer, and an update from the Milford Downtown Revitalization Committee.
Here's what's on the agenda:
- Elie Boutros, a partnership specialist with the U.S. Census, will give a presentation about participation efforts underway in Milford.
- Milford's new Health Offier. Dr. Jacquelyn Murphy, will introduce herself and talk about services offered by the Board of Health.
- Milford Downtown Revitalization Committee Chair Ron Pagnini will talk about efforts to improve the downtown area.
All attendees will be invited to ask questions of the guests. The Citizens for Milford meeting begins at 7 p.m. on Jan. 30 at the Milford Town Library, 80 Spruce St.
