Cops Track Down Pizza Place Pilferer
A Milford man is facing charges of breaking and entering and malicious destruction or property.
MILFORD, MA — A Milford man is facing charges related to breaking into two pizza places in town earlier this week.
In the early morning hours of Monday, March 27, police were called to Domino's Pizza at 2 Cape Road and Papa Gino's at 42 Cape Road, both which had been broken into.
Detectives viewed video surveillance, which led to the arrest of Peter Helmuth, 38, West Spruce Street, Milford. Along with a Mendon police K9, officers searched for Helmuth throughout that day and around 5 p.m. found him outside of his residence.

Helmuth was placed into custody, transported to Milford Police headquarters and Booked. Helmuth was ordered held overnight on a $1000.00 cash bail. Helmuth is scheduled to be arraigned for the following crimes.
Helmuth was charged with 2 counts of breaking and entering in the nighttime to commit a felony and malicious destruction of property over $250.00.
