Deadline For Milford 'Field Of Flags' Memorial Coming Up In May
The Field of Flags display will happen around three holidays in 2022, including Memorial Day.
MILFORD, MA — A deadline to dedicate a flag to a veteran in the first Milford Field of Flags display in 2022 is coming up in a few weeks.
Local residents have until May 23 to sponsor a flag at Draper Memorial Park for the Memorial Day holiday. Field of Flags displays will also happen two more times in 2022 for July 4 and Veterans Day.
During the displays, local residents can make a donation to sponsor a small flag, and attach the photo of a veteran or service member.

Anyone interested in participating in this year's Field of Flags can sponsor a 3 by 5 foot flag for $40. Each flag also includes a card honoring a specific military service member. Email citizensformilford@gmail.com for a sponsorship form, or print on out from the group's website.
