Developer Wants To Turn Milford Lot Into Gas Station, Store
The new facility would take over a vacant lot at 204 East Main Street, according to plans.

MILFORD, MA — A local developer will soon ask permission to build a new gas station and convenience store along Route 16 in Milford, according to documents filed with the town.
The facility would take over an empty lot at 204 East Main St., according to plans. The gas station would feature five pumps — one pump would be full-service — and a nearly 3,000 square-foot convenience store. The station would be located across the street from the Aldi supermarket.
The property is owned by a company called 204 East Main Street, LLC, whose manager is listed as Kevin Lobisser, president of Hopedale-based Lobisser Building Corp. — a local developer that has worked on residential and office projects in Milford and other nearby towns.
