Registration forms are available at the Milford Community Program Office which is located at Milford High School or on the website at www.milford.ma.us/mcs. Registration forms and fees must be returned to the Community Program Office only. They may be returned in person or by mail, and will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Programs are limited and sessions will be combined if sufficient numbers are not reached.
