According to MACC, "Activities will include owl & 'Dobby' displays, Ministry of Magic 'jail time' (make a donation to have a friend snatched), airbrush temporary tattoos, face painting, caricature art, costumed characters, Hogwarts Castle, Ministry of Magic & Forbidden Forest Sets, trivia and Bertie Botts bean count & costume contests. So put on your best wizarding world costumes and join in the fun. The party is free and does not include admission to a film."
