WALK IN REGISTRATION

When:  Saturday April 14th and Saturday April 28th

Time:  9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Where:  Milford Youth Center

Please join us from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM @ the Milford Youth Center for our annual walk in registration days.

Registration Dates March 1, 2012 through June 30, 2012

Football Eligibility Must Reside In The Milford, Hopedale or Upton Area And Be Between The Ages Of 5 and 14 Years Old On Or Before December 31, 2012

Cheer Eligibility Must Reside In The Milford, Hopedale or Upton Area And Be Between The Ages Of 5 and 15 Years Old On Or Before July 31, 2012  

Fee Schedule - Early Bird Registration (Through May 5, 2012) Save $25.00 to $75.00 By Registering Early

1 Child:  $180.00

2 Children:  $270.00

3 or More Children:  $375.00

Fee Schedule - Regular Registration (After May 5, 2012)

1 Child: $205.00

2 Children: $320.00

3 or More Children: $450.00
