Athletic Based Training presents the 7th annual Northeastern Regional High School and Collegiate Powerlifting Championships

Sunday, Jan. 29 at ABT in Holliston

Session I

Lifting starts at 9 a.m.: All women and men up to 165 pounds.

Session II

Lifting starts at 1 p.m.: Men 181+

ABT’s own Drug Free World Champion, Liane Blyn, will be taking on the boys in her quest for a 400 pound Bench and will be guest lifting at session II (appx 2 p.m).   

Liane will be donating $1 per pound lifted to the and The Holliston Food Pantry. Additional donations welcome at the door for each of these great causes.
