FREE Summer Reading and Math Club ,Milford

Children Across America provides literacy support and preventative healthcare to underserved children in the United States. Our vision is to empower families and children in low-income communities. Our unique programs are focused on improving children’s health and drive educational excellence.

During summer vacation, students experience learning loss; however underserved children lose more than two months in reading achievement while their middle-class peers maintain or improve reading achievement. Limited access to educational activities over summer break is one cause of the achievement gap. Another is access to nutritional meals.

So, Children Across America is providing FREE Summer Reading and STEM Club for ages 4-9 this year starting from 9th of July. The club is situated in Unitarian Church, Milford, we will run it from Monday to Thursday from 9:30 am to 11:30 am. We are going to teach about STEM, Coding, Math’s, English Reading etc., along with this we are going to have Character Play sponsored by Boosterthon, so that kids will enjoy the reading and Math with some fun activity. Following the session, USDA certified FREE LUNCH will be provided to kids every day.
