MILFORD, MA—A 13-year-old girl and her younger sister were reportedly offered a ride by a man in his mid-30s this week on Fells Ave.

On Monday shortly after 2 p.m., a man pulled over and asked the girl, who was pushing her sister in a stroller, if they needed a ride, reports the Milford Daily News. After being told 'No," the man allegedly came back and asked them a second time.

According to police, the young girl reported that the man was in a small, four-door sedan, possibly metallic red in color with tinted rear windows and with no license plates. The car was being driven by a white male in his mid 30s wearing a light gray shirt. According to the description, the man has brown eyes and brown hair in a crew cut style and he spoke with a Boston accent.
