Injury prevention clinic for female athletes

Athletic Based Training-Milford is running a 5 week girls injury prevention clinic (girls in grades 4th-8th).  The class will be taught by Liane Blyn certified athletic trainer and certified strength coach.

 It will teach young female athletes how prepare their bodies for the rigors of sports, move efficiently on the field and help prevent acute and overuse injuries.

When: Wednesday’s 9/23, 10/2, 10/9, 10/16, 10/23

Where: ABT-Milford 120 Prospect St

Time: 5:45-6:45 pm

Cost: $99
