Investigation Leads to Heroin Charges for Two Men

Two men have been arrested after a joint investigation between the Milford Police Department, the DEA Worcester HIDTA Task Force and the Massachusetts State Police.

Roberto Zaragoza, 31, of Lowell and Felix R. Santana, 31, of Hazelton, PA, were charged with trafficking heroin, possession of a Class A drug with intent to distribute, trafficking cocaine, possession of a Class B drug with intent to distribute, and distribution of a Class C drug,

According to police, 108 grams of heroin, 18 grams of cocaine and several pills were confiscated along with $1020.00 in cash.
