Longtime Milford Photography Business Closes For Good
The 100-year-old business is hosting an open-house sale this week.
MILFORD, MA — A longtime Milford photography business is closing after more than a century in town.
Morin’s Studio & Camera Shop, located at 14 Pine St., had its final day of business on May 29 and will hold an open house sale from Jun. 8 to Jun. 13, according to an announcement on the studio’s website. The studio said all remaining items must go and no reasonable offers will be declined.
The sale will include camera cases, lens cases, frames, mattes, display images, wedding albums, folios, print albums, studio gear, props, backgrounds, light stands, tripods, used camera gear, lenses, office supplies and furniture.

The business said the equipment and accessories are suitable for both beginners and professionals. Payment will be accepted by cash or Venmo only.
Morin’s will also have a free and donation area during the sale. Donations will go to the Milford Special Olympics, according to the studio.

Customers who may still have orders at Morin’s should pick them up as soon as possible. The studio said any orders left behind after closing will not be stored.
Morin’s Studio & Camera Shop is listed as having been established in 1922 by business listing sites Manta and Hubbiz.
"Thank you to everyone who has supported Morin’s Studio & Camera throughout the years," Morin's Studio of Photography wrote in the announcement. "We truly appreciate being part of this community for over a century."
