MILFORD, MA — Milford police and the Drug Enforcement Agency recently arrested a 32-year-old man suspected of trafficking drugs in the area. According to police, Milford detectives and members of the DEA High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area Task Force arrested Ezequiel Santiago-Lopez recently near Route 109. He is suspected of trafficking heroin and fentanyl. Police seized just over $900 in drugs from him during the arrest. Santiago-Lopez is facing charges of distribution of class-A drugs, possession of class-A drugs, and driving with a suspended license. He was set to be arraigned on Thursday at District Court in Milford.

For many years, the Claflin Hill Youth Symphonies gave students throughout the MetroWest and Greater Milford region the opportunity to perform serious orchestral repertoire, grow as musicians, and build lasting friendships. Many of those former students are now music educators and professional musicians themselves — and several are returning to help lead this exciting new chapter.
