Man Arrested for Pulling Fire Alarm, Running Around Hotel: Milford Police

Thursday, Jan. 28

7:53 a.m. - Caller reporting that pickup truck cut her off then slammed on breaks, 172 Central St.

9:02 a.m. - Party speaks to officer at headquarters regarding harrassing text messages.

9:09 a.m. - Multiple callers report that a man pulled an alarm on purpose and has been running around the lobby of the La Quinta Inn, swearing and causing a disturbance. Edward Aldo Sabatinelli, 61, 2 Pontiac Road, Mashpee, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, false fire alarm, disturbing the peace. Sanatinelli was arrested, and transported to the hospital complaining of shoulder pain.

1:05 p.m. - Harassment order served at 14 Oliver St., Apt. 1

3:24 p.m. - Police responded to a reported disturbance at Ace Hardware. A woman said that an older male in a red car, black trench coat yelled at her claiming her daughter hit his car with her door. She said she was in fear and left without getting a plate or any further description.

8:47 p.m. - Police and animal control notified that there is a dead cat in the road near CVS.

9:12 p.m. - Caller reports a group a males fighting in the hallway at the Fairfield Inn and Suites. Three white males have exited through side door by quality inn. Believe to be fleeing in a large white pick up.
