Man Steals From Kohl's, Runs To McDonald's, Hides In The Dumpster: Milford Police

Thursday, Jan. 12

10:30 a.m.: Sand truck coming to and from the bottling plant are speeding all day, Beach Street

11:20 a.m.: Milford Security stated there are several vehicle parked in handicap spots in the old ER entrance handicap parking area, Milford Hospital

1:52 p.m.: Caller reporting a male and female having a verbal argument. BM sweat pants, black hoodie and braids. HF in a Dunkin uniform. Disagreement over an order of food, all parties left prior to arrival. Dunkin Donuts.

3:01 p.m.: Well being check. Party hasn't heard from her in over a week. Units entered the location through an open door, and found fully furnished apartment with large amounts of expired food. Attempting to locate another person of contact for the above party. 9 Senate Road

Friday, Jan. 13

5:39 a.m.: 30 year old male overdosing on heroin, breathing but is blue in color, South Main Street

8:01 a.m.: Caller reports her car was scratched, 26 Cedar St.

9:22 a.m.: Walk in party to report a fraud, police department

11:22 a.m.: Male in the lobby requesting to speak with an officer about threats he is receiving, Water Street

12:46 p.m.: Female in the requesting to speak with an officer as she is 18 and her parents kicked her out of the house.

4:04 p.m.: Shoplifting reported at Kohl's. Caller pursuing a shoplifter who is headed toward McDonald's. Man is located in a dumpster. James S. Rogers, 43, Hayden Rowe, Hopkinton, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise, larceny over $250

5:18 p.m.: Receiving threats from a family member

7:26 p.m.: Multiple men out possibly fighting, Main Street Market

8:11 p.m.: Caller stating that her daughter is acting out of control. Female party is highly intoxicated, also trying to get access to medications or sharp objects. Bodio Circle.
