Milford American Legion Post 59 Advances in NE Regionals
The baseball tournament continues Friday as Milford takes on Bangor, ME.
Milford’s American Legion Post 59 baseball team advanced in the Northeast Regional Tournament on Thursday and will face Bangor, Maine on Friday afternoon.
Milford won over Pawtucket, Rhode Island in Game 1 of the regional tournament Thursday, pulling out a 5-4 victory, according to results posted at legion.org. The box score for the game can be found here.
Friday’s game will begin at 4:30 p.m., according to the team’s Twitter page @MLBC59.
