Milford Chamber President Resigns, Moving Family Back to Peru
Barry Feingold has led the Milford Area Chamber for nine years.

Barry Feingold, president and CEO of the Milford Area Chamber of Commerce, announced Thursday he will resign his position at the end of the calendar year, and plans to move with his family to Peru.
Feingold led the 400-member regional business chamber for the past nine years. A process for selecting a replacement has not yet begun, he said. He will remain in his position through Dec. 31.
In a release, Feingold said he had an opportunity to start a career as Vice President of South America and Regional Director for Bevintel, an international hospitality profit management company. He had previously lived in Peru for 11 years, where he worked as executive director of the American Chamber of Commerce of Peru. Feingold, who lives in Hopedale, met his wife in the South American country. The couple's two children were born in Peru.
"It's time," Feingold said Thursday, of his decision. "We always intended to go back to Peru."
