Milford Art In The Parks Festival: Picnic, Trash Barrels Unveiled
The September festival will double as a ceremony for the towns recent public art project.

MILFORD, MA — An arts festival is coming to Milford in September that will feature the unveiling of public works of art that will be on display across town.
On Sept. 10, Milford will hold the Art in the Parks event featuring three picnic tables and twelve trash barrels that were designed by local artists. The new pieces of public art will be placed along the Upper Charles Trail and in town parks after the festival.
The Saturday festival at Fino Field and near Lake Louisa will also feature live music by the Joe B Band, art activities for all ages — including face painting and sculptures made of recyclables — and food trucks.
