Milford Church Will Hold Good Friday Procession
The event will begin just after 11 a.m. at St. Mary's Church on Friday.

MILFORD, MA — St. Mary's Church in Milford will hold a procession through the downtown area on Good Friday, part of a series of events to celebrate the Catholic holy week leading up to Easter.
Friday's procession will begin just after 11 a.m. near the corner of Granite and Winter streets, and will include members of the St. Mary's Spanish-speaking congregation.
The procession will follow along East Main Street (Route 16), Spruce Street, School Street, Pearl Street and back to St. Mary's via Granite Street. The Select Board signed off on a final approval for the procession at Monday's meeting, following previous approvals from police and the town administrator.

The St. Mary's parishioners will be walking along downtown sidewalks, so no traffic detours will be expected.
