Milford Closes School Due To Snow
Ice and up to 5 inches of snow will fall in the Milford area during a storm expected to last throughout the day Tuesday.
MILFORD, MA — Milford Public Schools will be closed on Tuesday due to a messy snowstorm. The storm is expected to bring up to 5 inches of snow in the area, plus icy conditions that will make driving difficult.
Milford schools made the announcement about school closing at around 5 a.m. on Tuesday.

The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for Worcester County until 7 p.m. Tuesday. The advisory calls for between 2 and 5 inches of snow, plus a glazing of ice. Drivers can expect a mix of snow, sleet, rain, and ice during the morning commute, according to the forecast.
