MILFORD, MA — The Board of Selectmen on Monday night decided to postpone the annual Milford Town Meeting, the latest municipal cancellation during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

Town Meeting was set to be held on May 18. The town has not decided on a new date yet. The spring election, which was supposed to happen on April 7, has been pushed back to June 16.

On top of those two major postponements, Milford has also closed all town parks — except for the Upper Charles River Trail — Town Hall, the library, the senior center, the youth center, and Animal Control.
