Milford High Announces New Girls' Volleyball and Girls' Basketball Coaches

Two new coaches are coming to Milford High School.

From Milford High School:

Milford Athletic Director Peter Boucher recently named two new varsity coaches as the 2015-2016 school year begins. Mr. Jay Guinan was selected as Head Coach for the Girls Volleyball program while T.J. Dolliver was selected as Head Coach for the Girls Basketball program.

Jay Guinan, a resident of Attleboro, Mass., comes to the Milford program with an impressive volleyball coaching career at both the high school and college level having run many successful volleyball programs including head coach positions at Mass Premier in Foxboro, Attleboro High School, Cumberland (RI) High School and Dean College. He also held Assistant Coach positions at Brown University, MIT and the University of Bridgeport. Mr. Guinan also serves as the Boys Volleyball Coach at Millis High School during the spring season.

T.J. Dolliver, a mathematics teacher at Milford High School, will assume leadership of the Girls Varsity Basketball program, having been promoted from coach of the Milford Junior Varsity boys program. He is also a graduate of Milford High School and Bridgewater State University and is a resident of Millbury, Mass.

“Both of these outstanding coaches will elevate both of these girls’ programs to new heights,” said Peter Boucher, Milford’s Athletic Director. “They both have the experience and expertise to coach and develop all of our talented athletes to reach their fullest potential both on and off the court.”
