Milford Man Charged After Brass Knuckle Threat: Police
The incident happened Sunday afternoon along State Street, according to Milford police.
MILFORD, MA — A 43-year-old Milford man is facing a criminal charge after apparently threatening another man with brass knuckles over the weekend, according to police.
The incident happened just after 1:30 p.m. outside a home along State Street near Prentice Avenue. According to the police log, a woman called police to report that a man was threatening her husband with the metallic weapon.
When police arrived, they issued Brandon Vandal, of Manella Avenue, a summons for carrying a dangerous weapon, according to the police log.

Along with weapons like switchblades, throwing stars and "kung fu sticks," brass or metallic knuckles are illegal in Massachusetts. Punishments can range from a fine to prison time, according to state law.
