Milford Man Killed In Onramp Crash Identified
Authorities released the name of a 73-year-old Milford man who was killed after colliding with a semitrailer on the Mass Pike.
MILFORD, MA — Authorities Wednesday identified the Milford man who died in a two-vehicle crash Friday, Aug. 27 on the on-ramp connecting Rte. 128 to the Mass Turnpike in Weston.
Brian Hendrickson, 73, died after the crash, Massachusetts State Police spokesperson Lt. Paul E. Sullivan said. The cause of the crash is unknown and remains under investigation. No charges or citations have been issued.
The collision occurred at 10:20 a.m. on a ramp from northbound 128 onto the Pike. Hendrickson’s Toyota Camry collided with a tractor-trailer truck driven by a 57-year-old man from Plainville, Conn., who was taken to Lahey Hospital with serious injuries in Burlington, according to a police report. As of Wednesday there is no update on his condition. Multiple agencies continue to investigate.

After the collision, Hendrickson was trapped in his car and died at the scene, state police said.
Hendrickson’s memorial service will take place at a to-be-announced date at Faith Community Church in Hopkinton.
