Milford Man Reports Someone Trying To Kick In Door

MILFORD, MA — A Milford man reported an apparent home invasion attempt early Tuesday morning. The man called 911 ar around 2:30 a.m. to report someone trying to break down his apartment door.

The incident happened at an apartment along Green Street near Route 16. At some point, the door-kicker fled, and was seen driving away from the area in a dark-colored Toyota. The 911 caller told police the vehicle drove toward the Green Nozzle Car Wash, but it was apparently not located.

Several officers responded to the scene, and reported that the apartment door had minor damage.
