Milford Man Seriously Injured in Crash on I-495
A rollover on Route 495 in Littleton resulted in serious injuries to the driver.
MILFORD, MA—A Milford man was flown by helicopter to the hospital with serious injuries after his truck rolled over on Route 495.
On Saturday around 7:30 p.m., Massachusetts State Police responded to the call. A 55-year-old man from Milford was headed on Route 495 southbound near the area of exit 31 in Littleton when he lost control of his 2006 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck, causing it to roll over and crash into the median. The driver, who was the only person in the vehicle, was extricated by members of the Littleton Fire Department before he was flown by MedFlight to Brigham and Women's Hospital.
The cause of this crash remains under investigation. State Police were assisted on scene by Littleton Fire and EMS and Boxboro Police. Traffic was impacted for over an hour to accommodate the medical helicopter, investigation, and cleanup.
