Milford Patriots Day: What's Open, Closed
Here's all the info you need to know, including if trash pick-up will be affected.
MILFORD, MA —Patriot's Day is just around the corner and that means the start to plenty of things, the Boston Marathon, spring vacation for students and this year, tax day. The holiday itself is meant to commemorate the battles of Lexington and Concord — the first battles of the American Revolution.
Patriot's day also means closures, but not to worry, Patch has you covered.
Milford town hall, the town library and public schools will all be closed on Monday in observance of the holiday. Town hall and the library will reopen on Tuesday, April 16. The schools, however, will be closed all week as Patriot's day kicks off spring break.
