Milford Regional Expands With New Satellite Site In Medway
The new medical facility along Route 109 with services for adults and children will open in about a year.
MEDWAY, MA — Milford Regional Medical Center officials recently broke ground on a new satellite location just down Route 109 in Medway.
The 68 Main St. satellite medical center could open by spring 2024. The 22,000 square-foot facility will offer obstetrics and gynecology, urgent care and laboratory and radiology services for adults and children.
The June 7 groundbreaking featured dozens of medical center, state and local officials, including Milford Regional Physician Group President Patrick McSweeney; Milford Regional Medical Center CEO Edward Kelly; Medway Town Manager Michael Boynton; Lobisser & Ferreira Construction Corporation President Joe Ferreira; state Rep. Jeffrey Roy; Medway Select Board Chair Glenn Trindade; Milford Regional Board of Trustees Building Committee Chair Brian Earley; Lobisser Companies President Kevin Lobisser; and Senate President Karen Spilka’s District and Special Projects Director Susan Nicholl.

Apart from the main hospital campus along Prospect Street in Milford, the medical center has locations for various medical services in Franklin, Hopkinton, Mendon and Northbridge.
