Milford RMV Office To Mostly Close Due To Coronavirus
Right now, the Milford RMV location will only handle business related to commercial licenses and permits.

MILFORD, MA — The Milford branch office of the Registry of Motor Vehicles is no longer offering services like driver's licensing, vehicle registrations, and title transactions. The RMV is limiting the number of service centers it operates in response to the new coronavirus outbreak.
As of March 18, the Milford RMV office will offer only commercial licensing and permitting services. There are now only eight full service centers operating in the state. The closest location in the area is in Worcester.
The service centers in Natick, Acton, and Southbridge are all closed for the "foreseeable future," according to the RMV. RMV services offered through AAA are still open, but drivers should check individual offices before heading out.

Anyone who has business with the RMV should expect a much different experience. Offices are requiring people to practice social distancing while standing in line. The RMV will give people tickets and let them know if their business will be done during morning hours or in the afternoon.
