All Milford Schools Closing After Coronavirus Exposure
An elementary school staff member may have been exposed to coronavirus, so school is cancelled on Thursday and Friday.

MILFORD, MA — Milford Public Schools has called off classes across the district on Thursday and Friday after a staff member at Woodland Elementary School was possibly exposed to the new coronavirus, COVID-19.
The staff member went into quarantine on Wednesday, Superintendent Kevin McIntyre wrote in a letter to families. The staff member's relative was at the Biogen conference in Boston, which has been linked to a majority of the state's 95 total cases.
The school closure will allow the district to do a deep cleaning. Events scheduled for the weekend are also cancelled, McIntyre said.
