Milford Schools Start Date

MILFORD, MA—Parents, you've almost survived the summer.

Students are due back in Milford schools on Wednesday, Aug. 31, for grades 1-12. Pre-K starts on Sept. 6 and Kindergarten starts on Sept. 7. The return is immediately followed by another break, with no school Friday, Sept. 2, or Monday, Sept. 5 (Labor Day).

Gone are the days of Labor Day marking the start of the school season. Tell the kids not to complain - many schools across the country start before the end of August, and some even in July, according to CNN.
