Milford Snow Day: Parking Ban, What's Opened, Closed
It's a snow day for the students and town hall workers as both are closed.
MILFORD, MA- You wouldn't think we're just weeks away from spring with the winter wonderland that dropped in on the state Sunday night, leaving Milford covered in 16 inches of snow.
Students in Milford's Public Schools are enjoying an extended weekend after school was canceled. Town hall workers were able to stay home as well after the snow closed town hall on Monday. The youth center's morning and after school programs were canceled.
Not everything is closed, the Library will have a delayed opening at 11 a.m. and stay open for normal hours until 9 p.m.

A parking ban was issued on Mar. 1 by Chief O'Loughlin and has not yet been listed, no word on when it might end. Trash pickup will also be delayed by one day this week.
As crews take to the streets with the plows, firefighters are asking residents to shovel out hydrants and police are asking folks to make sure their house numbers are visible, in case of an emergency.
