Milford Square Evacuated for Suspicious Package
Public safety officials were on the scene for about 30 minutes.
Milford Square was evacuated for over 30 minutes Tuesday afternoon after a suspicious package was reported.
At 1:01 p.m., Milford TV reported that the area was evacuated due to the package. The state bomb squad could be seen working in full gear near the Milford Regional Medical building.
An official gave a thumbs up at 1:30 p.m., with all units cleared by 1:36 p.m.
