When Milford Superintendent Bob Tremblay leaves for Weston, he is set to receive a sizeable raise.
Tremblay signed his contract with the Weston Public Schools and will make $205,000 in his first year, $209,100 in his second year, and $213,282 in the third year, according to the Weston Town Crier.
The new contract is about $50,000 above his current deal in Milford, and will be closer to $60,000 by the end of his contract.

Tremblay made about $157,000 in 2015, which includes a $10,000 for finishing his doctoral education degree at Northeastern University.
The two-week negotiations went substantially smoother than Weston’s last attempt. In March, negotiations with Needham Public Schools HR Director Thomas Campbell fell through.
