Milford's Waters Corp Makes List Of Top 250 Companies In Nation

MILFORD, MA-Waters Corp was recognized as one of the 250 best run companies in the nation.

The Drucker Institute, a unit of Claremont Graduate University, publishes an annual report that ranks companies in the nation based on a host of characteristics including customer satisfaction, employee engagement and development and financial strength.

Milford's Waters Corp. was 220 on the list. It received four out of five stars for both customer satisfaction and employee engagement and development. The company also received three stars for innovation, social responsibility and financial strength. Waters Corp designs, manufactures, sells and services analytical technologies. The company has approximately 7,000 employees and earned a revenue of $2.3 billion in 2017.

Some other notable Massachusetts companies that made the list include off-price department store giant TJX Cos, which ranked 72nd on the list and has its headquarters in Framingham and Marlborough. Marlborough's Boston Scientific, a medical device manufacturer, also made the list coming in at 98.
